Adell Ross

Mrs. Adell Ross, age 89, of Clarksburg, Tennessee passed away Tuesday July 9, 2019 at Jackson Madison General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00AM Saturday July 13, 2019 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Sellers Hill Cemetery.  Brother Chase Sanders officiating.

Mrs. Ross was born May 15, 1930 to the late Vedus Scott and Nancy Douglas Scott.  She was preceded in death by her husband James Eldridge Ross, son-in-law Nicholas Pancake, daughter-in-law Betty Ross and brother Edward Scott.  She was a member of the Clarksburg Church of Christ.

She is survived by one daughter Gena Pancake of Clarksburg, Tennessee; one son Gary Ronald Ross of Eads, Tennessee; two brothers Hulon (Katie) Scott of Mason, Tennessee & Lyndol  (Sue) Scott of Clarksburg, Tennessee; Anne-Marie O’Malley & Katie Mahana; two grandchildren, Kelley Hannah & Quentin Pancake; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 12, 2019 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home and also Saturday from 8:00AM until time of service at 10:00AM.
