Catherine Kee

Mrs. Catherine Hall Kee, 95 of Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, January 11 , 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1PM on Monday, January 15, 2018 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Roans Creek Cemetery.

Kee-Kee was born on July 21, 1922 in Westport, TN to the late William C. and Mae Lifsey Hall.  She obtained her Master’s degree from Memphis State and was a retired 3rd Grade teacher and a member of Huntingdon Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: husband, Ben Thomas Kee; Sister, Wilodean Henry; and a brother, James Sidney Hall.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Miranda (Jim) Lockhart of Murfreesboro, TN and Sandra (Mike) Thomas of Clarksburg, TN; sister, Mildred Johnson of Jackson, TN,  5 grandchildren, Teresa Baker and Lisa (Kendall) Hayes all of Huntingdon, TN; David (Amanda) Thomas of Bruceton, TN, Andy (Rebecca) Lockhart of Murfreesboro, TN and Cathy (Kyle) Cavendar of Cookeville, TN; 12 great-grandchildren, Brandon, Austin, and Ashley Baker, Sara Beth and Kelsey Hayes, Seth and Sadie Jo Thomas, Gavin and Ava Cavendar, Elizabeth, Jacob, and Joshua Lockhart.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 3-7PM and on Monday, January 15th, from 10AM until time of services.
