Mr. Teddy Dewayne Painter, Sr. 68 of Lobelville, Tennessee passed away, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 surrounded by family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Painter was born on November 19, 1949 in Pax, West Virginia to the late Theodore Roosevelt and Dee Irene Chandler Painter. He was a retired printer for the State of Maryland and served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division, PSY-OPS Unit, and served 3 tours in the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Nancy Cairens and Peggy Kidd.

He is survived by: Son, Teddy (Paula) Painter, Jr. of Cedar Grove, TN; Sisters, Lyn (Wayne) Kimmell of Florida and Glorya (Carl) Vane of Lobelville, TN; Grandchildren, Justin (Kalena) Kraemer, Teddy Painter, III, Cierra Morning, LeAnna Painter, and Cody Weaver; Great-Grandchild, Braxton Kraemer; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
