Angela Garner Lockard

Mrs. Angela Garner Lockard, 49, of Paris, TN passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Henry County Medical Center.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 11:00AM until 3:00PM at Sweet Jordan’s in Paris.

Mrs. Lockard was born on August 1, 1971 in Northridge, California to Steve David Garner and Jimmie Sue Bomar. She was the owner of a Daycare. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jimmie Sue Bomar and her husband, Lynn Lockard.

She is survived by her father, Ed “Bama” Boutwell of Paris, TN; two daughters, Heather (Antrun) Russell and Cheyenne (Calvon Willis) O’Daniel both of Paris, TN; 3 sisters: Amber Garner of Paris, TN, Michelle (Wayne) Bradley of Paris, TN and Alicia (Derrick) Wilkerson of Murray, KY; 3 brothers: Stacey (Julia) Garner, Chad (Malissa) Garner, and Mitchell (Storia) Boutwell all of Paris, TN; and 9 grandchildren.
