Born on September 6, 1959, Charlotte was the beloved daughter of Sherman Robert Lee Dalton and Alma Jo Dalton, who both preceded her in death. She attended and graduated from McKenzie High School. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age, and her faith remained a source of strength throughout her life. During her early life she was a member of Clark Street Baptist Church where she served as an usher. Most recently she was a member of Mt. Ararat Baptist Church in Trezvant TN, where she was a faithful member until her death.
Charlotte was known for her feisty personality, stubborn determination, and loving heart. She spoke her mind, stood her ground, and loved her family fiercely. Those who knew her will remember her strength, her resilience, and the unforgettable spirit that made her truly one of a kind.
She is survived by her son, Jamal Dalton; daughter-in-law, Shelby Dalton; grandchildren, Kylan, Jalil, Americus, and Marley Dalton; bonus grandchildren, Raelynn Mashburn, Davante Arnold, and Sierra Arnold; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

While her family mourns her passing, they find peace in knowing she is reunited with her parents and is resting in the presence of her Savior. Charlotte's love, strength, and unwavering spirit will continue to live on through the family she cherished so deeply.
Her memory will forever be treasured by all who knew and loved her.
