Mr. Chris Heuss, age 22 years, 4 months and 1 day of Huntingdon, TN passed away in his home on Tuesday March 17, 2020.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 PM, on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the Yuma Community Center located on Old School House Road, Yuma, TN.
Mr. Chris Heuss was born on Sunday, November 16, 1997 to the late Jeff Heuss and Michelle Whitney.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, Jeff, and grandmother, Carol Heuss.
Chris Heuss is survived by his mother, Michelle Whitney of Lake Mills, WI, grandfather & step grandmother Harry & Sherry Whitney of Catalina, AZ, grandmother, Terry O'Connell of Bethpage, TN, uncles Mike Heuss (Traci) of Huntingdon, TN and Budd Whitney (Gretchen) of Stanley, ND, Aunt Sue Heuss, Westmoreland, TN and many cousins, great aunts and uncles who all loved him dearly.
Chris was born in Gallatin, TN and lived in Portland, TN. Then Chris moved along with his parents to Delavan, WI for a year then to Huntingdon, TN in October 1999.
Chris worked at Dollar Tree in Huntingdon, TN. Chris was going to the University of Memphis - Lambeth Campus in Jackson, TN. He was taking classes toward his BA in Photo Journalism. During his free time Chris enjoyed hanging out with his friends. From a very young age Chris loved cars and could tell you what kind it was. When his mom had to take him to work at Advance Auto Parts because there was no one to watch him, Chris would impress his mom's co-workers. All the workers at Advance Auto Parts loved Chris. In fact everyone who met Chris fell in love with him. He had such a loving caring spirit.
The family will accept friends from Noon until time of Service at 1 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
After the Service, a meal will be provided. If possible, please call 414-758-6592 to let us know if you are able to attend. Pastor Jacob Harris of the Huntingdon First Baptist Church will be officiating the service. Mike Heuss will be delivering the eulogy.
