Constance "Connie" Tanguay

Ms. Constance (Connie) Tanguay 85 of Hopewell Junction, New York died Friday, January 26, 2024, at the Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Saturday February 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Cemetery, Paris, Tennessee. Brother Jesse Pope officiating.

Ms. Tanguay was born March 15, 1938, in Nashua, New Hampshire to the late Norman and Jeanne Beruve Desclos. She married Robert J. Tanguay on April 21, 1956 and he preceded her in death in September, 1973. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Arthur" "Skippy Desclos, two sisters, Jackie Therrian and Jeanne Perkins. Ms. Tanguay lived in Huntingdon, Tennessee from 1972 until 1988 when she returned to Nashua, New Hampshire. She worked at Burlington Coat Factory until her retirement in 2018.

She is survived by two sons, David (Sam) Tanguay of Hopewell Junction, New York, Robert J. Tanguay of Mason, New Hampshire, two daughters Linda (Roy) Bozeman of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and Marie (Kevin) Desmarais of Manchester, New Hampshire, two brothers, Norman Desclos of New Hampshire and Henry Desclos of Florida. She also leaves one granddaughter, Bethany (Kevin) Scanlon of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
