Fred Glenn Davis Obituary

Mr. Fred Glenn Davis 73, of Buena Vista, Tennessee passed away Monday, January 15, 2018 at McKenzie Health and Rehab in McKenzie, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Friday, January 19, 2018 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow at McAuley Cemetery. Brother Johnny Burns will officiate.

He was born March 10, 1944 in Chesterfield, Tennessee to the late Ollie Calvin Davis and Alphia Maness Davis. He was preceded in death by one brother James Leon Davis.

Survivors include three brothers Houston (Margie) Davis of Westport, Tennessee; Howard Ray Davis of Buena Vista, Tennessee; and Tony (Peggy) Davis of Huntingdon, Tennessee two nephews Calvin (Holly) Davis and Tommy (Stacy) Davis; five nieces Melissa Davis, Pamela (Joe) Moss; Mary Ann (Eugene) Boyd; Freda Hill; and Waneta Wellinghoff.

The family will receive friends on Thursday January 18, 2018 from 5:00Pm till 8:00PM at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home and on Friday from 9:00 Am till time of service.
