Mr. Gary Wayne Russell, 71, of Dover, Tennessee passed away Sunday April 28, 2024 at his home.

Mr. Russell was born October 18, 1952 to the late Jessie Russell and Mary Russell. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Russell who passed away July 19, 2015; brother Larry Russell;  sister El Rita Sanders; niece Tammy Carter

He is survived by one daughter Karen (Jason) Millraney of Paris, Tennessee; two grandchildren Alexandria Millraney and Noah Millraney; nephews Robert Hargrove, Willie Atkins, Kevin Atkins and Larry Russell Jr.
