Harold Gene Brewer

Mr. Harold Gene Brewer, 89, of Cosby, Tennessee passed away Thursday February 9, 2023 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Monday February 13, 2023 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hampton Cemetery. Brother Phil Williams officiating.

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Sunday from 4:00PM until 8:00PM and on Monday from 9:00AM until time of services at 11:00AM.

Mr. Brewer was born June 18, 1933 in Westport, Tennessee to the late Eulas Addison Brewer and Jeptha Hood Brewer. He was the owner of Brewer Oil Company, Army Veteran and a 53 year member of the Masonic Lodge #106, Scottish Rite, Al Chymia Shrine & Order of Easter Star #180 .

He is survived by his wife Jane Brewer of Cosby, Tennessee; one daughter Emily (Andy) Bolding of Springville, Tennessee; one step-daughter Elizabeth Rich of Orlando, Florida; two step-sons Randall (Glenda) Rich and Kenny Rich both of Huntingdon, Tennessee; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Shriners Hospital for Children, St. Jude or Parriottsville Quilt Guild.

Honoring him as pallbearers will be Justin Moore, Craig Autry, Randall Rich, Warren Gordon, Dale Milam and Roger Birdwell.

Honoring him as Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Hill, Tim Brewer, Andy Bolding, C J Rich and Timmy Williams.
