Irene Moore

Mrs. Irene Moore, 88, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday January 3, 2024 at Jackson Madison General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Saturday January 13, 2024 at Clark Street Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Humbles Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Clark Street Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday from 10:00AM until 11:00AM.

She was born November 5, 1935 to the late Lucian Williams and Alvernia Williamson Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy R Moore and a sister Alean Clark . Irene was a active member of Clark Street Missionary Baptist Church,  as a member of the Mothers board and Women’s Missionary Society until her illness.   Irene loved her church family,  she was a bible scholar and  truly loved God.

Irene graduated from Webb High School, McKenzie Tennessee. She received her  Cosmetology License in Jackson, Michigan.

She leaves  a host of  relatives and friends.Special family and friends Rodicie Barnhill, Freddie Mae Brooks and Sandra Dupree . A special thanks to her care givers Gary Barnhill and Suzette Williamson Cowell, Camden Healthcare Center.
