Mr. J W Edwards, 71, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday August 27, 2021 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Monday August 30, 2021 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hampton Cemetery.

Mr. Edwards was born September 23, 1949 to the late James B Edwards and Ruth Mae Owen Edwards. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church; preceded in death by one sister Katherine Edwards.

He is survived by his loving wife Selina Edwards; one son Justin Ray Edwards of Huntingdon, Tennessee; one step-son Nicholas Boyd of Martin, Tennessee; two sisters Molly Morris of McKenzie, Tennessee and Judy Ann Hilliard of Dresden, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Monday from 11:00AM until time of services at 1:00PM.
