James Darnall

Mr. James Darnall, 87, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday February 4, 2025 at Life Care Center Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday February 6, 2025 at Huntingdon Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Clark Cemetery. Brother Chris King officiating.

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and on Thursday at the Huntingdon Church of Christ from 9:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM.

Mr. Darnall was born September 14, 1937 to the late John Ed Darnall and Oletha Enochs Darnall. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Darnall and son Mitchell Darnall.

He was the owner of Darnall’s  Barber Shop and a member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ.

He is survived by sons, Joey (Krista) Darnall and Jimmy (Melissa) Darnall; grandchildren, Lainie Darnall, Braylin Dearmon, Tyler Darnall, Michael Darnall and Joe David Hillard.

Honoring him as pallbearers will be Braylin Dearmon, Burton Edwards, Paul Mathis, Matt Barnett, Chad Taylor and Keaton Rogers.

Honoring him as honorary pallbearers will be Steve Carter, Jason Myers, David Nanney, and Adam Hayes.
