Linda Belew

Mrs. Linda Faye Belew, 81, of Clarksburg passed away Friday, May 28, 2021 at her home.

Funeral service will be 2:00PM on Monday, May 31, 2021 at Clarksburg Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Sellers Hill Cemetery. Brother Chase Sanders is officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 8:00PM, and on Monday, May 31, 2021 at Clarksburg Church of Christ from 10:00AM until start of services at 2:00PM.

Mrs. Belew was born on February 6, 1940 in Davidson County to the late Dayton and Leola Jarrett. She was a loving Christian mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a member of Clarksburg Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Belew and her daughter, Kayla Belew.

She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Thomas “Spud”) Luther of Clarksburg, TN; a loving family member, Janice Lewis; 3 grandsons: Nicholas Luther, Dustin (Aubrey) Luther, and Scott (Monica) Luther; 2 great-granddaughters, Emmalyn and Millie Luther; a brother, Desmond (Dorothy) Jarrett of Camden, TN; 3 sisters-in-law: Martha (Russell) Webb of Lexington, TN, Ann (JW) Noles of Huntingdon, TN, and Deborah (Johnny) Newmon of Tyler, TX; and a host of loving cousins.

Honoring Mrs. Belew as pallbearers will be: Scott Luther, Dustin Luther, Max Cary, Randal Roak, Harry Carden, and Tony Hunley.
