Maria Hurmiz

Mrs. Maria Hurmiz, 86, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022.

 Funeral Mass will be conducted 10:30AM Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Hurmiz was born on May 15, 1935 in Syria to the late Reverend Sarisho and Martha Yonan. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Emanuel Hurmiz, and her daughter, Amy Hurmiz.

She is survived by a daughter, Valia Hurmiz of Memphis, TN; a son, Charles Hurmiz and wife Annette of Huntingdon, TN; and her grandchildren: Michael (Megan) Hurmiz, Joshua Hurmiz, Sarah Hurmiz, and Nathaniel Hurmiz.
