Mary Dubsky, 84, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020.

Graveside services 10:00AM Friday, February 28, 2020 at Carroll Memorial Gardens. Reverend Steve Osborne officiating.

Mary was born in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to Valcor Elihu and Josie Lewis Jarrett.  Mary grew up on the family farm and attended Huntingdon schools.  She played basketball for the Huntingdon Lady Mustangs.  In 1953, she moved to Chicago for work and met Richard "Rick" Dubsky.  They married in 1956 and moved back to Tennessee (McKenzie) in 1961 to raise a family.  Mary was the wonderful mother of Lance, Joan, and Tara.  Mary worked at the McKenzie Pajamas Factory and attended Bethel College and Carnegie Mellon University.  Mary's hobbies included golf, swimming, reading, needle point and sewing.  McKenzie was the family home until 1981 when Rick and Mary moved the family to the Chicago suburbs and worked at First Chicago Bank.  In 2005, Mary and Rick returned to Tennessee (Milan) to retire.  Mary and Rick were married for 53 years.  

Mary is survived by her brother, Gary Earl Jarrett, nephews, a son, Lance (Debra) Dubsky of Woodbridge, Virginia, and daughter Joan (David) Neighbors of Jefferson City, MO.; and eight grandchildren.

Family and friends are asked to meet at Carroll Memorial Gardens for the graveside service.
