Mattie Fowler

Mrs. Mattie Lou Fowler, 90, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday December 17, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday December 20, 2023 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mixie Cemetery. Brother Dennis Abernathy and Brother Matthew Floyd officiating.

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00AM until 1:00PM.

Mrs. Fowler was born December 14, 1933 to the late William Noah Kee and Addie Maye Butler Kee. She was a member of Mixie Missionary Baptist Church; preceded in death by her husband James Henry Fowler; three sisters Maxine Kortvely, Marguerite Diel and Gaye Ann Goble Smith; brother Paul Kee.

She is survived by her daughter Kathy Fowler Epperson of Huntingdon, Tennessee; three brothers Lance Kee, Kenneth Kee and Larry (Elane) Kee all of McKenzie, Tennessee.
