Nell Cary

Mrs. Nell Cary, age 90, of Yuma, Tennessee passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at Huntingdon Health & Rehab in Huntingdon, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, October 26, 2018 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Sellers Hill Cemetery.  Brother Mark Simmons will officiate.

Nell was born June 19, 1928 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late George Howard & Erin Lee Crider.  She was a retired employee of Publix Shirt Factory and a member of the Church of Christ.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wendell Cary; one infant daughter; one infant son; parents; three brothers, William Howard Crider, Milton Marshall Crider, & Justin Clinton Crider; two sisters, Veleria Jane Webb & Dorothy Virginia Green; and son-in-law, Charles Glosson.

She is survived by one daughter, Judy Carol Glosson of Yuma, Tennessee; one brother, Randy (Nancy) Crider of Huntingdon, Tennessee; three sisters, Wilma (Ray) Smith of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Fay Stockdale of Big Sandy, Tennessee, & Kay Pace of Camden, Tennessee; two grandsons, Chad (Karen) Glosson & Jamie (Jessica) Glosson; seven great-grandchildren, Kayle Edwards, Spenser Edwards, Clay Glosson, Lainey Glosson, Cari Glosson, Scarlet Glosson, & Rhet Wendell Glosson; and one great-great-grandchild, Carter James Edwards.

Pall Bearers to serve are Matt Prater, Brad Henson, Troy Pollock, Stephen Fisher, Steve Smith, & Mike Crider.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 4PM till 9PM at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home and on Friday from 11AM until the time of service.
