Peggy Ann (Cole) Webb

Mrs. Peggy Ann Webb, 90, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Thursday, February 06, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Brother Scott Carter officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2025 at Dilday-Carter Funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.

Mrs. Webb was born September 19, 1934 to the late Andrew Newton “Nute” Cole and Mentha Josephine Cozart Cole. She is also preceded in death by her husband Wallace Webb; step-son Bobby Webb; grandson J.J. Webb; brother Carl Otto Cole; sisters Ara Burklin, Arlie Bee Kizer, Josie Mae Myracle, Bessie Kizer, Lessie Cole and Mackey Kizer.

Mrs. Webb retired from Publix Shirt Factory/Thomas Bradford Company in Huntingdon. She was a dedicated member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by sons, Harold (Denise) Webb of Huntingdon, Tennessee and Gary Webb of Huntingdon, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jamie Webb, Randy Webb, Rachel Webb and Emily Turner; great-grandchildren, Denver Mitchell and Emily Ophelia Turner; best friend Kay Smothers. She also leaves behind a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Nelson Kizer, Dennis Kizer, Jack Kizer, Timmy Horn, John Webb and Tanner Webb.
