Rebecca Simpson

Mrs. Rebecca Ann Simpson, 84, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday January 15, 2024 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00PM Sunday January 21, 2024 at Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Carroll Memorial Gardens. Brother James Keen officiating.

The family will receive friends at Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday from 1:00PM until time of service at 3:00PM.

Mrs. Simpson was born March 15, 1939 to the late Samuel C Allen and Essie Pauline Wilson Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband Audie Simpson. She was a loyal secretary for Carroll County Electric Company for 48 years and a faithful member of Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church for 67 years.

She is survived by one daughter Greta (Darrell) Hensley of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; two sons Allen Simpson and Todd (Michelle) Simpson both of Huntingdon, Tennessee; one sister Paulette (Tommy) Crews of Huntingdon, Tennessee; six grandchildren Morgan (Shaun) Williams, Tyler Simpson, Kaitlin (Logan) Schofield, Austin Sampson, Samuel Hensley and Katie Simpson; four great-grandchildren.
