Robert "Bob" White

Brother Robert “Bob” White, 93, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 31, 2020 at 11:00AM at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery. Brother Jackie Smith officiating.

Brother White was born February 23, 1927 in Carroll County to the late Claude E. White and Florence Goodrum White. He was a Pastor at Hebron Methodist Church and Hollow Rock Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Earlene Bray White, who passed away March 26, 1993; his second wife, Nettie Mayberry White, who passed away April 27, 2020; one son, Dennis White; one granddaughter, Tonya Loehring; one step-grandson, Zach Butler; and 8 siblings.

He is survived by one son, Gary White of Huntingdon, Tennessee; 5 stepsons: Mitchell Mayberry of Paris, Tennessee, Leon Mayberry, Alvin Mayberry, Tom Mayberry and Bobby Mayberry all of Trezevant, Tennessee; one daughter, Vicki Bohnenstiehl of Lebanon, Illinois;  3 step-daughters: Kathy White, of McKenzie, Tennessee, Nancy Hunt of Humboldt, Tennessee, and Barbara Mayberry of Trezevant, Tennessee; one sister, Joyce Biggart of Huntingdon, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and 10 step-great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 8:00PM, and on Friday, July 31, 2020 from 9:00AM until the service at 11:00AM.
