Ronald Prater Obituary

Mr. Ronald Prater, 63 of Cedar Grove, TN passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2PM in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home with Brother Scott Carter officiating. Burial to follow in the Hickory Flat Cemetery.

Mr. Prater was born on August 7, 1954 in Milan, TN to the late Everett Edsel Prater and Mrs. Robbie Allen Prater. He was a self-employed carpenter. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister, Edna Perry.

He is survived by: Wife, Linda Prater of Cedar Grove, TN; Mother, Robbie Joe Prater of Cedar Grove, TN; Daughter, Robin Wood of Milan, TN; 2 Sons, Brian Everett Prater and Clint Anthony Hunley both of Lexington, TN; 1 Sister, Kimberly Arthur of Jackson, TN; 2 Brothers, Phillip and Billy Prater both of Cedar Grove, TN; 1 grandchild, Devon Chase Hunley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 20, 2018 11AM until time of services.
