Services for Russell Jason Horn, 40 of Huntingdon, TN, will be held Saturday June 19, 2021 at 1:00PM in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of service at 1:00PM, with Reverend Tyler Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McKenzie, TN.

Mr. Horn was born July 20, 1980 in Berwyn, IL to Thomas Lynn Horn and Patricia Gail Cummings Horn. He was a devoted husband and step-father, sawmill worker, a lover of all types of music, and a die-hard Chicago White Sox fan. He passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 14, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Horn was survived by his wife: Molly Summers Horn of Huntingdon, TN; two sons: Ozzy Lessenberry and Cecil Lessenberry of Huntingdon; parents: Thomas and Gail Horn of Huntingdon; a sister: Jennifer Horn Ruga of Lexington, TN; a brother: Daniel Horn of Huntingdon; and his Best Homie: Clint Vaughn of O’Fallon, Missouri.
