Tony Miller

Mr. Tony Ray Miller, 60, of Dresden, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at West Tennessee Healthcare in Martin.

 Graveside services will be conducted 3:30 PM Sunday January 22, 2023 at Carroll Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Don McCulley officiating.

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM.

He was born May 4, 1962, in Jackson, TN, to the late Leonard Roy Miller and to the late Frances Jewel Lifsey Miller; also preceded in death by one sister Carol Miller Chaney. He married on August 15, 1998 to April Dawn Sadler Miller.

He worked many years at AO Smith Tower Automotive, Milan Arsenal and Dana Corporation in Humboldt, TN as a welder. Tony was the best daddy,  step father, and husband. To know Tony was to love Tony. He would give his shirt off of his back. He loved the Lord. He loved his family and friends. He was the hardest working man we have ever known. He provided for his family with everything he had. He loved all things Vols. Loved watching his sports. He loved building things with his hands.  He loved with all of his big ole heart.

He is survived by  his wife April Miller of Dresden, Tennessee; one daughter Haley Miller; one step-son Tyler Gallimore; three brothers, George Edwin (Belinda) Miller, Roger Wayne (Montha) Miller, and Dennis Lynn (Rodica) Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

Honoring him as pallbearers will be Keith Harris, Robert Miller, Monty Miller, Danny Miller, Daniel Kail, Nathan Miller, Marty McPherson and Mike Presson.
